Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I get the 20% discount on postage if I want to buy a few plants?
A: When you add more than one product to your shopping cart, the discount is automatically deducted for you.

Q: How much is the shipping to Western Australia?
A: International shipping charges are the same wherever you are (worldwide flat-rate shipping) and are noted under the product price on every individual item description.

Q: Has my item been shipped, how long will the delivery take?
A: All purchases are forwarded no later than 48 hrs. after receipt of payment (except during public holidays). Transit time by air to most overseas countries usually takes 7-10 days and delivery to major cities can be considerably shorter. If you have not received your item after 20 days from date of purchase, please contact us for release of tracking information.

Q: How do I know my credit card details are safe?
A: Have a look at the reference to site security in our Privacy Policy (bottom of each page clickable). We use WorldPay and PayPal to process all payments, both internationally recognised, and both use the latest encryption technology in the industry. Also, we do not store your credit card details on our site.

Q: What happens if the item is not as I expected, can I return it?
A: We try very hard to give an accurate description, and we include close-up photos for further reference. However, it may be that your purchase is just not up to your expectation and we won’t penalise you for that. Return the product to us within 14 days of receipt (see Terms and Conditions) and you’ll receive a full refund.

Q: Do your plants have to be assembled?
A: No, none of our products need to be assembled, just place into your own container, shape if necessary and that’s it!

Q: The product photos look great - will the item I receive be exactly as shown?
A: Yes! - just remember that the items pictured have already been shaped, potted and suitably displayed - all you need do is shape and arrange in your own planter to achieve the same result.

Q: How do I keep the plants clean, and do I need a special cleaner?
A: Care instructions are included with every purchase - from basic care to thorough cleaning. We explain in detail how to do this without having to spend money on expensive cleaning products.

Q: I bought the wrong item and want to cancel my purchase, what can I do?
A: Contact us immediately within 24 hrs. of payment and if your item has not yet been forwarded we will give you a full refund. However if your item has already been shipped out, you may only utilize our returns policy (see Terms and Conditions).

Q: Are your trees and plants suitable for outdoor use?
A: Provided the items are displayed in a shaded and protected area then Yes! - our products are suitable for limited outdoor areas. As with all artificial textile plants, continued direct exposure to sun/ rain will fade the colour and quality over time.

Q: I understand the pot is not included, where can I get a similar one?
A: The reason we do not sell planters is to minimize weight and volume and to offer the most favourable prices to our customers. You can find similar planters in most DIY stores, Garden Centres and IKEA.

Q: Can I use your artificial plants in fish ponds and aquariums?
A: Our products would not be suitable for this purpose. All items are constructed of PU trunks/branches and textile coated leaves. Stay tuned though… we might add such products in the future!
